แอพทำงานช้ามาก จะเข้าใช้งานแต่ละครั้งต้องกดนุ่นนี่ แต่ตอนนี้นี่เข้าแอพไม่ได้เลย ค้างอยู่หน้าต้อนรับ ซักพัก นางบอก ซัมติงเว้นรอง ปัดจอ รีเครื่อง กะเข้าไม่ได้ บ่ไหวเด้อ แบงค์สีอื่นใช้งานได้หมด มีปันหาอยู่แบงค์เนี่ย
Works on private wifi until the update in 2021 that require the app to be updated via Thai sim that the app was resgistered to. A bit in convenient, but the bank site security concern as a reason. Otherwise it works as expected.
What a useless app. I'm staying outside country and I can't use 4G to open it. I asked the staff, but nothing can help me unless I apply expensive roaming data to use it.

เอาไป3ดาวก่อน...ตอนนี้ผมเพิ่งเริ่มสร้างตัวแล้วผมลงทะเบียนสินเชื่อสร้างงานสร้างอาชีพ วงเงิน50,000฿(ช่างเครื่องจักรทำสารทำความเย็น;น้ำแข็งหลอด; )
เปิดบัญชีและเริ่มใช้วันแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจแล้วครับ โอนต่างธนาคารไม่ได้ สอบถาม operator ก็บอกให้คอยไม่เกินครึ่ง ชม. ตอนนี้รอมา จะสามชั่วโมงแล้ว ยังใช้การไม่ได้ ควรปรับปรุงด่วนๆเลยครับ ยิ่งเป็นแอพธนาคารไม่ควรมีปัญหาแบบนี้
คืองงว่าทำไมต้องใช้เน็ตเบอร์ที่ register ไว้กับทางธนาคาร ถ้าไม่มีเน็ตมือถือก็คือห้ามใช้? คือผมใช้ 2 ซิม ซิมที่สมัคร package เน็ตไม่ใช่เบอร์หลัก ครั้งแรกที่ทำคือเปิดเน็ตเบอร์หลักสมัครแล้วใช้ได้แล้วอยู่ดีๆให้ใช้เน็ตล็อกเบอร์อีก คือจริงๆเข้าใจเรื่อง security นะ แต่ถ้าเค้าไม่ใช้เน็ตเบอร์นั้นก็ควรมี option อื่นเช่นส่ง otp เข้า sms คุณก็ verify ได้แล้วว่าเป็นเจ้าของเบอร์ใช้งานจริง (ลองเล่น app ธนาคารอื่นดูแบบ kplus เมื่อก่อนก็บังคับแบบนี้ สุดท้ายก็เปลี่ยน) แก้แอพมาแล้วจะแก้ review และปรับดาวให้นะครับ
แย่มากวันนี้ไปเปลี่ยนเบอร์ที่ใช้สมัครแอพเฉยๆแต่ทำไมยกเลิกบริการใช้เฉนเลยอะแล้วก็ต้องไปสมัครที่สาขาใหมาอีกเสียเวลาเสียน้ำมันมากหัวจะปวดอารมณ์เสียเลยอะ
